We ship to addresses within the UK using courier services. Shipping charges, inc VAT are as follows:

Shipping to anywhere outside the UK can be done using Initial Citylink, ParcelForce or UPS.

N.B. Shipping to outside the UK will require further security information and I.D. to be provided by the cardholder.
Order availability
We will ship products that are in stock within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. Alternative products will also be offered. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product. It is the important that the card-holder is at home at the registered address to accept the goods. Due to the nature of mail-order, and for proof of delivery, we require a signature before the goods are released. The goods under no circumstances will be left with neighbours, in the patio or garage or behind the bin! Non-delivery of goods through no cause of our own, will incur additional delivery charges.
Returns
Distance Selling Regulations 2000
The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) allow the right for you to cancel your order and return the goods back to us within 7 working days of receiving them (not including the day that you received the goods.). Note: this is nothing to do with the Sale of Goods Act, which deals with 'faulty' products. If your purchase is faulty, we'll deal with this under our normal returns procedure.
If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, without a re-stocking fee, subject to the following conditions:
1. The item(s) is in brand new condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.
2. You inform us of your desire to cancel and return the goods within seven working days of receipt of the product(s). You can contact us via email (our preferred method of communication), or by post to tell us this.
3. The goods are not special order or made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. The exception of Software/mapping and Music CD/DVD products. These items are not refundable due to their nature.
You pay the return delivery charges. Please ensure the goods are well packaged and insured in transit. Goods returned in poor condition, with damaged packaging or with contents clearly disturbed, opened or used will be returned back to the customer. We will debit your credit card for the return carriage.
RETURNS outside the Distance Selling Regulations.
Products returned for credit outside the 7-day distance selling regulations will be subject to a handling charge. We will not refund the following : specially ordered items (i.e. non-stock items, acoustic shelves), DVD-films or navigation software. Items must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment. Items returned for credit, which have been opened, with any damage to internal packaging/wrapping will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Items returned for credit, which have been tested, trialled, or used, will be subject to a MINIMUM 25% handling charge. Any items returned with packaging missing/damaged or any other contents, such as looms, remote controls, instruction manuals will also be charged to the customer. Any refunds outside the 7-day Distance Selling Regulations are at the discretion of the management and the handling charge may be increased or decreased as we deem necessary. In all cases, goods returned without prior notification, by email or post, will be refused and returned to the customer.
Faulty Goods
Any goods returned for credit, which are not faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum £15 carriage charge. Any refund (for non-faulty goods returned within 14 days of purchase) will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Any items missing will also be charged.
Any items returned faulty (which have been purchased and returned within 14 days) will be replaced and sent back to the customer carriage free. Certain exclusions apply (listed below).
Any items which develop a fault after 14 days of purchase will be serviced by our acting authorised service centre. Booking the faulty item is a simple procedure which can be done on-line. Please email or call our service team on 08707 220011 for returns details.
Any items returned to CarAudioBargains for service, which under inspection and/or testing are not faulty will be returned back to the customer subject to a £15 carriage charge. Any items collected by our service centre and found to be "non-faulty" will be subject to a higher service charge being levied. It is therefore very important that, all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer, before booking them in or returning them back to us.
Most items carry 12 months' warranty. Exclusions include: subwoofer boxes, looms, wiring kits, remote controls, batteries, software discs, brackets, facia trims, cases, aerials, and speaker plates. Most ex-demo units carry 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. Subwoofers are not covered for voice-coil damage due to abuse, overheating, or distortion. Speaker tinsel leads are not covered due to abuse. Damage caused to facia panels by misuse (eg. dropping) is not covered. We do not cover theft of facia panels, main units or any other item.
